Delivery service for the office

If your office stays open because working at home is not an option or you are one of the ‘vital professions’, we offer you the possibility to get your lunch delivered to your office. Completely adjusted to your specific wishes and needs and prepared fresh every day.

What options do you offer?

The catering world has been turned upside down at the moment. Within your company they will also have taken some measures to contain the COVID-19 virus. This impacts the catering within your organisation. We wish to unburden you a little by taking the catering problems off your hands. We will discuss with you your wishes and needs and will give you a tailor-made offer based on those wishes and needs.

Are there also some standard options available?

Next to tailor-made offers we also offer some standard lunch options.

There are 4 standard menu options:

Deluxe – 3 sandwiches per person*
Luxury – 2 ½ sandwiches per person € 6,75*
Basic – 3 soft rolls per person           € 7,00*
Packed lunch – 3 sandwiches, 1 piece of fruit and a drink € 7,50*

* Delivery costs and VAT are not included

What are the costs?

The standard menu is a fixed price (excl. delivery costs), but the costs for tailor-made menus differ according to your wishes and needs. We will of course discuss this with you in detail. Afterwards we will send you a weekly invoice.

To ensure that we will send the invoice to the correct address, we ask that you share the following details with us:

• Name and address details of the company
• Contact person from your company with phone number
• E-mail address which we can send the invoice to (we only send digital invoices)
• Purchase order number or cost centre number

When and how should I place my order?

Placing an order must be done before 10 o’clock to have it delivered the next day before 12 o’clock. The first time you order will be done over the phone. For every order after that we will give you a tailor-made order form.

When will I receive my order?

We will contact you after 16 o’clock, on the day you placed the order, to inform you about the expected delivery time the next day. We will try to pinpoint our delivery time as accurately as possible, but we do depend on the traffic at the time of delivery.

We act in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by the RIVM regarding hygiene and physical distance. In all of our deliveries the health of our staff and our customers have the highest priority.
